A. INTRODUCTION

The software Inventoriana ("The Program") is the exclusive property of
Drew Massey ("The author"). The author retains all rights and
permissions associated with U.S. and International copyright law
afforded to him. The program may not be used, modified, altered or
distributed without his permission except as provided for below.

B. PROPER USE

The licensee ("you"), may use The Program without charge for
individual non-commercial use. You retain all rights afforded you to
the content you store in The Program, such as inventories, images,
etc. You agree to abide by all local, state, national, and
international laws while using the Program. You agree not to post
material that is obscene, libelous, or otherwise inappropriate.

You are responsible for determining the copyright status of any
materials that you upload or post to the program, and are liable for
any infringement.

You may use the Program AS IS, without attempting to duplicate
functionality, reverse engineer, or defeat security
protocols. Attempts to do any of the above are grounds for the author
to terminate your account. The author reserves the right to terminate
the account of anyone at any time for any reason without notice.

You may request a copy of the content that you generated in CSV format
at any time from the author at the email address listed above. In the
event that your account is terminated, any user who created an
account before 1 January 2007 may request a copy of their content.

C. NO WARRANTY

EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY SET FORTH IN THIS AGREEMENT, THE PROGRAM IS
PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" BASIS, AND THE OWNER MAKES NO WARRANTIES
OR CONDITIONS OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED INCLUDING,
WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY WARRANTIES OR CONDITIONS OF TITLE,
NON-INFRINGEMENT, MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR
PURPOSE. You are solely responsible for determining the
appropriateness of using the Program and assume all
risks associated with its exercise of rights under this Agreement,
including but not limited to the risks and costs of program errors,
compliance with applicable laws, damage to or loss of data, programs
or equipment, and unavailability or interruption of operations.

C. DISCLAIMER OF LIABILITY

EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY SET FORTH IN THIS AGREEMENT, NEITHER COPYRIGHT
HOLDER NOR ANY CONTRIBUTORS SHALL HAVE ANY LIABILITY FOR ANY DIRECT,
INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES
(INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION LOST PROFITS), HOWEVER CAUSED AND ON ANY
THEORY OF LIABILITY, WHETHER IN CONTRACT, STRICT LIABILITY, OR TORT
(INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE OR OTHERWISE) ARISING IN ANY WAY OUT OF THE USE
OR DISTRIBUTION OF THE PROGRAM OR THE EXERCISE OF ANY RIGHTS GRANTED
HEREUNDER, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

D. PACKAGE ACKNOWLEDGEMENT

The Software uses the following underlying technologies, which are
used in accordance with their licenses. The licenses of the respective
underlying technologies remain in effect, and you agree to abide by them:
